Our room was on 3 floor with only a small spiral stair. We got help to carry our luggage up & down so it worked out well. Would be hard for someone with bad knees.

The only downside is that the price feels a bit high compared to the overall level of facilities as well as other accommodation around but it is worth visiting for sure.
